Recently I have bought a fiat grande punto but the product has a defect in its compressor and immediately they have issued for a replacement.but the product took 1 month to arrive.the staff was a waste and they just switch phones to escape us.the service was pathetic and the spare parts availability was poor. The staff was always going around as if they were busy and no answer whatsoever was given.
They make you sit in their customer lounge for hours together and no work is done on or car in the mean time. We have to push them to work or else your work will be pending for months. If you don’t have an additional car, don’t go for a FIAT car.if u have an alternate car, then grande punto is the perfect vehicle in terms of ride quality..only one word can be said about it-exemplary.
