Worst service center ever visited Concorde Motors

I have done my Tata vehicle body repair(KL-01-BJ-7374) at Concorde motors, 36/1, Opposite Prestige Tech Park, Outer Ring Road, Kodbisanhalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 56010 with Royal Sundaram insurance(depreciation waiver) last month. I had a very bad experience in the way they have done my vehicle repair, service manager behavior and Concorde motors policy. As per Concorde policy they have charged additional work contract(WC) tax on the bill(14.5%), this amount will not be considered by any insurance company and customer have to bear from his pocket. I later understood from insurance surveyor that WC tax is charged only with Concorde motors and not with other service centers like Mahindra first choice etc. As per surveyor comments I asked Concorde motors to cancel the service before work start. Service manager then told that I have to pay Rs 2500/- towards estimation charges since I am cancelling the service as per Concorde motors policy. I felt like Concorde made me a trap for not to take out the vehicle until it is repaired by them. I was forced to service with them and took a week to complete. At the completion I went for inspecting the vehicle, found out that there are couple of humps in the front side bumper. Service manager initially disagreed by saying that all the bumper comes like that and finally I have to make him convenience that it is their fault by fixing with faulty item. They took another three days to get it replaced. Another item which I found from insurance surveyor that side mirror which was broken was not shown by Concorde to the surveyor at the time of inspection and due to that claimed amount of side mirror was rejected. Later I have connected with Concorde and insurance surveyor to approve the claim amount for side mirror. Another point is that the Concorde did not noticed the alloy wheel peel off and visible scratches and was not taken into account during inspection/estimation time, due to that it was not considered in repair and survey. On my vehicle delivery days I have noticed that my car spray and music system memory stick were missed. Initially they told it was not there and finally I have to raise my voice to get my memory stick back. I felt very bad behavior from service manager, the way he speak and never felt to go back again for any kind of service in Concorde in my life. I felt very sad to be a Tata vehicle owner due to unprofessional service center like Concorde.
