We had a team building event for about 150 people at The Confident Cascade resort on the Bannerghatta road at Bangalore and it was almost a disaster.
The food was very bad, cleanliness was absolutely not there, service was poor and management was pathetic. They just didn’t know what ’customer service’ meant. Many of my colleagues had food poisoning and some of them had to take treatment for over two weeks.
The overall interactions with their senior management team was one of the poorest I ever had, they lack customer focus completely. False promises and false outlook daunt the place things were done just for name sake.
We have blacklisted this place and we will not be holding any other event here. This place should be strictly avoided. It doesn’t stand anywhere close to its peers like Angsana or Manipal county and cost wise they are on the higher side. Proximity to the city is the only advantage and you forget this within 30 min after reaching there.
