Recently I booked ticket from Bangalore to hyderabad . Due to emergency I canceled it more than 14 hours before train departure but confirmtkt and irctc deducted 27% as cancelation charges. I advise all to go to railway booking counter for tickets
only rs 180 will be charged for 3 ac cancelation. These apps are cheating public.. I request government to protect consumers from the cheating of these apps..
