Refund amount

We have been continuously following up for the past one month regarding our refund amount, which has still not been credited to our account or credit card. We have spoken to Confirm Ticket customer care around 10 times, but still there is no response from your side via email, and your customer care representatives are also unable to respond properly. Being part of the service industry, the service we are receiving from your side is extremely poor.
