This is one of the unprofessional, sht and pathetic internet service provider in Mohali. I called them and even sent emails to disconnect the services, the Sunny Enclave Office collected the modem, charger accessories. Due to the carelessness, they didn’t disconnect the service and kept on charging, now they are verbally threatening my family to pay for the days that I didn’t use the internet. Their customer care blame for their fault for not disconnect the service. Never recommend this internet service provider to anyone, rather use Airtel or JIO.
