This is the review I have posted on the site of Connect India company. I request all the people that never buy anything in hurry and without reading the reviews. I just did that. And I am feeling disgusting.
Most important thing. I have forgot to mention.They say they don’t have any number of the activation team. So they can’t tell the activation team that the customer is waiting on his/her doorstep for the SUPERMAN to get some little time to see the original documents so that he/she can join a job after checking the Emails.*

I bought an MTS device for my Friend in noida.For that I had paid online.I got the device on 20th July 2012.(Inactivated). And the connection is yet not activated.(24th evening). And it won’t activate at all I know that.
My friend lost many job opportunity because she can’t check her mail because device is not activated. I think in the activation team they are having some kinda of SUPER HERO who is busy in saving the whole world instead of activating devices. like superman himself. They said to me that..the man only start from one side of the city and activates all the devices from one end to another. He is so busy that he can’t even call you.
If you try to call the customer care, You can’t get them. Office phones are not allowed to have incoming calls.
If by chance you got their mobile numbers.
here are some(Vikas Shukla - 09718482253, Ved Negi - 09999355875, office no. - 01204813300, +919212334480) Then try to call them at least 30-40 times (PRACTICALLY)
Then may be you can have some news about your device that it is not going to activated.
The company is so busy in fooling people that they can’t activate your connection.I am going to post this complaint to MTS, Consumer Court, Mouthshut.com. I want to know is there any way to get the refund of my money.
My suggestion to all the buyers. Please go and but the device from a real store instead of this fraud company.
I wish I could go through the reviews before purchasing.
