ConnectIndia.com is fraud online company. On 30 july 2013 First they offered me good deal for dish tv dth and after online payment of 2100/-, They asked me hidden charges. N then I got product late by 3 days when they promised me to deliver on same day tat also after my calls fr 5 times. While fitting the antenna, their engineer asked me extra charges by saying "to fix the antenna we need 1 kit of 600rs".
I said I will not pay any extra then he refused to fit the dish TV. It was worst experience bcoz before payment, I told them very clearly tat antenna is only allowed in window. as in my apartment its not allowed on wall or terrace. The executive said - yes sir dont worry our enggineer will do tat as u want. so I booked it. They offer was - all fitting, 3months recharge, set top box n installation charges all in 2100/- Rs. But after delivery that engineer refused to do tat in 2100/- n then customer care also said we cant help it so pay 600/- Rs to Engineer with this type of response, I just pissed off n I cancelled this booking, they said in 5 working days I will get my refund but its now 32 days they r just giving reasons but not giving my amount.
Today the customer care support number is switched off. 9971493323
I emailed them at least fr 15 times n called 20-25 times but they just ignored.
If possible help me. I m so disappointed in India so cheap companies are there they r cheating people for 1000, 2000/- rs... I will never do this mistake again.I just wan to alert other friends, you guys can email me on d.sachin22@yahoo.in if anyone want more details n information.
