Made a request with Reliance Netconnect for new connection and unfortunately the first call was from Noida. I was not keen at first, but they were too pushy and ultimately feel into the trap. Came same day with data card took money and Phoof. Just vanished. More than 42 hours connection not yet started and they had promised in 24 hours. Tried to call but no.s not working and they keep disconnecting the call. Don’t think will ever even make online request for new connection anymore. Just go to store and get a new connection
So people, in case you apply for new cellphone or Data Card connection and if you get a call from rep, first question you ask is which company and if it is Netconnect from Noida, then better to disconnect the phone else you will regret the decision like me.
