To whoever it may concern at Connect India

I am a second year post grad student at IIM Calcutta and I had ordered an MTS Data Card for Rs.899 on 24th September 2012 and cancelled the same few hours later. I had made the payment through SBI Online Banking.


Your call centre executive gave me a reference number for the link ’Pay Now’ and I made the payment immediately. At the time of payment, I did not even have an account with your site and now because of that, the order is not even showing on my ’orders list’.


Now for proof all that I have is my bank statement where the transaction has been recorded. (not even the bill no.)Whatever it is, I was told by one Mr.Rachit I would get my refund back within one week and now it is more than 10 days and I haven’t got a single penny back! I want my amount refunded back asap or I am moving to one of the consumer courts. Even worse, your site doesn’t even mention an email id or contact phone number for customer support which makes it even more annoying and frustrating.


Act immediately or BE PREPARED TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCE.
