jiya se jiya: sung by karthik and rahman.a mix of some nice percussions and dhol. a traditional punjabi melody with some good mixing effect.u ll hear some very good traditional instruments in this song. there is chappa chappa charkha chale effect in this song.

Man chandre: my favourite number. very very emotional song. very beautifully sung by sukhvindar singh. it directly pierces the heart. very soothing, calming instrumnts. beautiful melody. if want a perfect feel, sit alone in the night and listen this song.
overall, a must hear number.(it is also a punjabi song)
Kural: thirukkural verses with some uttering of blaze. not effective. a dull impact. its a mixture of south indian music with rap, but it could have been better.
malypore blues: it an instrumental track. a jazz number with good rythm of ghatam and jazz kits. played with guitar. there are some very good variations in track. a good track for jazz lovers.
himalaya: a soothing piano track. soothing combination of piano and orchestral strings with no any rythm.
mosquito: this is also a good instrumental number with sarangi and some synthesiser voices. a soothing instrumental track.
silent invocation A, B, C: 3 tracks having some good calming flute playing with very less instruments. again a soothing instrumental number.
overall, this album contains some of vocals as well as instrumental tracks. all the instrumental tracks are soothing and slow in nature. at times, it seems monotonus also. except a couple of tracks all tracks are slow. so, it seems that the album goes one way only.
if u r a good listener, u ll find some good, creative music but if u r not, then this album might disappoint u.
man chandre is the heart of the album at very beautiful song. a must listen song.
and yess. this album is not for listening while driving or while travelling, if u want a real feel, pls spend your precious time and listen( instead of "hear") u ll enjoy much.
