I bought a Verna Fluidic 3 months back from Continental. Post the first service they diagnosed that my car had a problem with the steering rack and had to be replaced. Its been more than a month since and there is no sight of the part.
I get repeated commitments on following up with them and the thing gets extended by a week. Have written to them and spoken to their leaders multiple times but in vain. I want to reach out to Hyundai directly and bring this to their notice but am unable to do so.
I would strictly advise people to stay away from Continental Hyundai completely. Words cannot express the pain I have gone through. Am thinking of going to the consumer forum. will it help?
