I am going to buy my very own car, in my own name. Excitement is sky high. Continental, sugar sweet until booking is done and down payment made. Then chase and chase for date of delivery. Calls are avoided, manager has just stepped out so we will get him to call back.
After lot of pushing car is finally delivered - but late late evening. I am at the showroom at 2 p.m , kids and me are real excited - 3, 4, 5, 6 p.m. and no signs of the car. We have a belief that all good things mus tbe done before sunset, but Continental does not bother about such sentiments. The car is just brought out, no flowers, no sweets, so we break our coconut and give them sweets. The manager comes out last and smiles (go now you got your car right!!).
Then there are some problems with the car but no one to take responsibility. Servicing - no dates, no pick up, no one even responds!! Finally I spoke to the head office and they asked me to change over to Motor Plaza. Please do not buy a car from Continental, do yourself a favour.
