They use very poor material to pack. Are very unresponsive after the goods are taken. Demanded more than what had been previously agreed while delivering the goods. Use bad and ill-mannered language at time of delivery. Threaten to take back goods if not agreed to pay extra money.
Above all they have misplaced many of my goods taking advantage of the fact that I could not send the list of items packed to my father before leaving India due to last minute changes to plans. One should be very careful with these guys. Allow enough time before leaving to abroad so that you can personally check the goods or at least be able to send the list of items to who ever collects your goods at destination.
