You might see people commenting its the worst paying bpo dont play with your career. I am sorry but I don’t agree . I have worked with many bpos but if I have enjoyed working in some company then it is convergys. I have grown from an agent to a team leader in 5 years. And have learnt so much during this period that I am working as a Manager a reputed corporate now. Convergys is employee friendly and if you have the hunger for growth its the place to work. I have seen agents getting promoted as tem leaders in a years time. I would love to join this company again if I ever get a chance. I really miss the time I have spent in this wonderful place
