I am back with another review of the day on my previous employer. Before I begin, I would like to thanks to all of you who are going through my review and sharing their opinions.
Today, I am going to write my review on the company I have been worked with for around one year and six months. You all must have heard the name of Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd as it is a very big brand. Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd is the best company among the entire BPO industry through the world.
I have also heard a lot about the company and hence I have planned to join Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd as my employer in the year of 2014. At the time of joining, I was very happy as I am about to join one of the best company in the BPO industry. I successfully completed my training and hit the operations floor within three months. I was not much concerned about the salary as the company brand and name was sufficient for me. I have got the best transport service from Gurgaon to Noida. They use to pick me up around two hours prior to my shift timing and drop me down around two hours after my shift gets over.
Though it takes around thirteen to fourteen hours per day to do my job, I was pretty happy and working with the company without any issues. The cafeteria in the company was so good that I enjoyed my lunch and dinner every day. Other than the cafeteria, there was several other options as well out side the company premises.
I liked almost all the things in the company including transport, cafeteria, meals however, I never liked the management and the operations team. After I completed my training of three months, I hit the operations floor and worked for six months happily without any issues. After the completion of six months, the challenges getting tough and difficult. Management team never try to fulfill the requirements of their employees. They just wanted to satisfy their clients anyhow.
After working for nine months with the company, they have suddenly extended the shift timings without any increment in the salary and without any intimation from HR team. In my entire tenure of one and half year, I never felt or realized any cooperation from my manager or the higher management team.
Because of all this, I finally left the job and joined another company. Now, I am working with enough comfort and at a good salary package. I would never recommend any of my friend or colleague to join Convergys India Services Pvt Ltd and even I ask them not to go to them ever.
