Cook with '' Step by Step Chicken Cooking''

Cooking is one of the greatest interests I have. Over the years, I have collected many good cookery books. Some I had bought myself. Some came as gifts from my mother and mother-in-law.Some are really good! So, I have managed to maintain a small kitchen library.Whenever I get any doubt, I refer to those books.

One of those books of mine is worth mentioning. It is a chicken cook book called, ’Step by step Chicken Cooking’.Authors are Kerenza Harries and Jo Craig. It is from Greenwich editions.I bought it in a book sale here.

I like the chicken recipes in this book so much! It is a sumptuous collection of over 100 recipes, with classic recipes and exciting new ideas reflecting exotic tastes from all parts of the world, each one beautifully illustrated with step-by-step instructions.

Recipes in this book reflect the distinctive flavors of Far Eastern, Mexican, American and European cooking, starting with soups and starters and followed by Canapes’ & finger food, Salads, Snacks, Classical dishes, Casseroles, Pies and Far Eastern dishes.

There are quick and simple low-fat recipes for every day eating, and when you want to entertain your guests, chicken is perfect, combined wine cream or fruit for a delicious dinner party.

We all know that with today’s increasing emphasis on healthy eating, chicken is the perfect alternative to red meat. So, it will be good if you can buy this book for you or find it in the library to go through the excellent recipes.

If you can’t get this cook book, don’t worry. You can try for any other cook book for chicken. Basically, most of them use the same ingredients for cooking chicken.Chicken, being a healthy alternative to red meat, is incredibly versatile. It can be cooked in many interesting ways.It combines well with a host of other ingredients too! Get started! Enjoy making your chicken dishes.

I am going to make ’Devilled Chicken Wings’ from the cook book I mentioned. See you later!
