As someone who for many years did not eat meat, and still does not eat much meat, I enjoy vegetarian recipes. But some sites have a very small offering in the vegetarian category, if anything at all.
Well that is just what this site is about; vegetarian recipes.
Overall Feel and Content
The overall feel of the site is wonderfully simple, but not boring in any way. On the start page you can find links to things such as Win Fabulous Prizes where you can join the viewers club and have your recipes published on their website and possibly win a prize!
Bachelors Den where really anyone not just bachelors can find several recipes that are quick and very simple to make. Complete with a definition of Rechauffing for those cooks just starting out.
Weights and Measures section offers easy conversions to help simplify the translation of recipes.
Glossary area has wonderful translation of Indian terms into English terms for those of us who might be rather lost when it comes to some traditional ingredients.
Meet the Chef area offers an area where you can get some of the mouth watering recipes by Shital Kejriwal.
Plus recipe categories listed right down the middle of the page.
Catagories of recipes are:
Bakes
Biscuits
Chinese
Desserts
Raita
Rajasthani

Rotiyan
Salads
Snacks
Soups
South Indian
Vegetables
Plus a chat area.
In Conclusion
I found the site very user friendly, no need to keep clicking around to find what you want as you have to do sometimes with the bigger cooking sites. I also found it to offer a very good selection of wonderful recipes. This is yet another site I will be visiting again.
