Cookme masala is overall good and I have long been using cookme Turmeric, red chilli, cumin and coriander spice in daily food and sometimes when I am outside west Bengal I carry a few packets because original Bengali taste in daily food, truly speaking, I get from cookme masala.For 10 years I have been using them and it makes the food perfectly OK( machher jholi. I.e. fish curry , musur daal I.e. lentils, shak bhaja means green leaves, narkel diye chholar daal means Bengal grams with coconut, aludam means stuffed potato curry) a pinch of cookme red chilly and turmeric makes it perfect I share here if I use cookme masala I never use sugar or sugar frre to perfect the taste after adding salt .I used other spices like mts but cookme has a uniqueness .Anyone can buy because in west Bengal everywhere it is available .I have seen this selling in many places in WB.Just use it in home cooked food and experience the difference
