Cookscape was supposed to have finished our project by October. No coordination between the staff. One comes for taking the project but doesn’t communicate the design to the carpenter properly the other one kept on chasing for full payment. Once the payment was done in full I am left with poor loft design, when pointed out the frame was cut without our permission, again when pointed out they are unwilling to correct now. The boss Rakesh MD Cookscape doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls- we had to get to him from a different number and through new project offers even though my husband is highly placed government official.
We have now relocated to Mumbai in November.
My four bedroom apartment is locked up and not able to give it on rent.
I want some one other than Babu, Dilli Babu, Ramya and Rakesh to respond to us and finish our project as per our agreed design.
