We placed order with cookscape, Cenotaph Road, Chennai. Made full payment. Expected material to be delivered on January. But it got delayed. After a week we got only quarter of the required material. New new carpenters at site everyday. And suddenly no carpenters. no Work done.. Work delayed till date.
Unprofessional work.
The carpenters come by 12:30 in the morning for work and leave by 4:30. Claiming it to be one day’s work
The carpenters never see what is the requirement clearly. They will start some work. Tell material not sufficient and leave. Or they will sit and sort the material till the end of the day and they will fix two boards and leave.
We used to have carpenters who will sit the whole day installing one pull out drawer, they will come the next day and they will fix runners for that. They will use particle board in place of ply..if you have no followed it closely
The shutter doors in MDF, the mesh doors in pine wood, the louvre doors in rubber wood was not matching the shade we ordered, also the shades of each of it was not matching each other.
There needs to be continuous follow up for material to be supplied, people in cookscpae will never pick the call mostly. We had to follow new new ways to make them pick the call Mirrors in the wardrobes are not placed in the frame or tightened with buttons but they are stuck with double tapes. We need to trust the 3M company for the quality and for our protection.
No proper communication with the customer regarding the colour matching and feasibility... half way through they will say colour cannot be matched
Pathetic work, waste of effort and time... great loss of money
