I have a Coolpad 2938 mobile for the past 1 1/2 years. The mobile is not charging. The repair shop in Reliance Web world, Sec 18, Noida has closed down. I was directed to’The Mobile Store’ for repairs. The technician there informed me that the company is no longer providing spares for out of Warranty products as there is a shortage of spares. This is really strange. Now this expensive piece of mobile is JUNK for want of a charging port. The company must ensures availability of spares for at least 10 years after the product is launched. I recommend that NO ONE SHOULD BUY THEIR PRODUCT. Reliance Commn too is accountable as they are marketing this product.
