COOLPAD COOL 1 DUAL I bought it for my dad from online market as its showing good features in the phone I oder it for my dad it was good but after three or four months it was giving some problems like HEATING ISSUE after playing some games for 3 to 4 min it gets over heated on running normal apps sometimes it gets heated so I was facing some heating issues.( DISPLAY) as the display was good but I don’t know why there were comming some some lines in the display and after some times it goes their was the display problem in coolpad cool 1 as the black border on the screen also some times not looks good .(ANDROID VERSION) as I have been purchased it in year 2017 feb it is going haveing one year till the coolpad has not given any updates for the 7.0 nougat. (SPEAKERS) the speakers volume is low as compared to the other phones in its price segments the volume is not so impressive(CAMERA) the camera is good and it make me impress thought its performance in both day and night conditions SLR mode is also good in this device which gives blur background effect.(NETWORK) as there were no network problems in this device ti was good no issue(CUSTOMER SERVICE) as they are giving 1 year warranty for the phone. as I was facing problem with the display I gave it for repairing in the coolpad company they told it will take time up to 15 to 20 days so it made me disappointed. (BATTERY) the battery backup was good in this phone but in the coolpad cool 1 the indian version their was no fast charging. it takes up to 2/half hours for full charge.
