Worst customer care service

Everything is good till you don’t face any issue in your mobile.


Once your mobile goes to service center they will not interested to repair it and will always say pending parts. Also their customer care representatives are very rude. I have given my mobile 2 months back but it is still not repaired. Every time you call customer care firstly it will be busy. Buy chance you get connected to customer care they will always give you the status "Pending for parts". I don’t know from which part of world they bring the parts.
