Design - Simple but elegant, grip is good but Difficult to handle with one hand.
Display - Hd display might sound like a drawback but you will only notice this if you are switching from FHD or when you see pixels closelt, other then that its a pretty good display with good colour reproduction & good brightness levels.You will definitely like this if had not used FHD before. Also Hd display doesn’t drain much battery.
Software - Quiet good, Some very handful features like c button & gestures like double tap to wake up. Interface is also good once you setup all the folders & apps acc. to u it becomes easy, Navigation is smooth throughout the interface.
Hardware - Octa-core does the job well & 3GB ram really helps in handing the apps & switching between them. Practically it can handle all your tasks & multi-tasking.
Gaming - Can do casual gaming easily but gets heat-up at the fp scanner on heavy usage.
Camera - Rear camera is good not very good. Pics looks good but lacks details, once you zoom pics become blurry especially low light pics but that be solved by some tweaks. Front camera is also decent just like the other competition, will do the selfie job easily.
Fp scanners - This is where this device triumphs. The scanner is excellent & recognise finger print easily which also helps in locking the app with it since it is very convenient to use it. It is also pretty fast & you can’t even notice the difference between this & some other flagship scanners. It even doesn’t requires hold on it just tap it & the device will be unlocked.
Battery - This is also one strong point of coolpad note 3. It can easily last a day with a single charge on a medium usage. I m getting around 7-8 hrs of on screen time on an average. It takes around 150 minutes to charge fully.
Overall - In under 10k it is the best option. K3 note & meizu m2 note have better display & hardware but FP scanner makes a lot of difference. You will never want to switch back to the phone without fp scanner after using it, also battery back up of this phone is lot better then k3 note
