The operating software is sometimes very buggy.
Have got many updates but all with bugs.
Have complained the company but they keep on delaying the update and are not giving official update and instead are giving a flash file to update which is very risky.
Did not expect this from Coolpad.
Overall the phone is decent in usability and price
