I recently purchased a Coolpad note 3 lite from amazon.in and within a month the sim slot 1 started having problems and soon it doesn’t recognise a sim card and I had to manage with only one sim card, I went to the service center to repair my Coolpad note 3 lite and to my surprise they rejected the warranty even though I produced a valid invoice and since the return period has completed I am even unable to ask for a refund from Amazon, now I am stuck with this waste phone and they don’t even provide marshmallow update even though Android N is out, worst customer support team and their forum is full of complaints. I don’t recommend buying this phone.
