I bought this phone a month ago, the phone worked good for a few days but then I started facing some charging issues, I took it to service centre they said it was alright, after a few days my phone became dead even they couldn’t charge it so they took it and told me it will take 20 days .19th day when I called them they said it will take 1-2 months.My uncle who is in this line made contact with Coolpad India where he came to know that COOLPAD China DOES NOT PROVIDE PARTS OF ITS PHONES TO INDIA. Now I am going to consumer court. Guys don’t buy Coolpad phones because even if the phone I good, it will take months for them to repair it if anything happens to it.
