I bought COOLPAD NOTE 3 as my temporary phone because my regular phone Samsung Note was damaged in rain.Till new Iphone was released, I needed a temporary phone.
I used Coolpad for about 2 months and I was disappointed by the issues phone had- Performance was poor, it used to lag and throttling issues. Built quality was really cheap as expected from china products.screen quality was also demining.
Phone didn’t recieve any new android version updates till last month ( Phone is dead now) .
UI used by COOLPAD is heavy and stutters the performance of phone.There is no proper ram management as RAM is always filled up with processes.Internal storage was less only 16GB which is not adequete.Available RAM was 3GB but only 800MB was available for use rest all was used by the phone UI processes.
Overall phone was not at all justifying it’s price of ₹9000 as other companies were giving better hardware and software at same or little more price.Phone only worked for year or so and last month it stoped working and I didn’t bothered to repair it as it was no point in repairing.Phone already had started showing its age with a year time.
Please don’t go for COOLPAD pad products as many reputated companies have started to give great phones at affordable price with good hardware and software.
