I ordered this mobile on amazon.in and got delivered in next day. I started using this phone with jio sim and I suffer by major network issues, I doesn’t showing network and I reset my mobile twice but the problem doesn’t solve.
For this issue I called a customer service they didn’t reply me. In many sites I read that this mobile is a value for money product but I really bad with this product. I cannot able to find any service center near me. And I think the charge for the warranty also becomes waste. So guys If you are thinking to buy this product, I say HELL NO! There are many good products available in this market like redmi 3s prime even coolpad note 3 I used it works fine with me. So Don’t get fooled by this product.!
