Coolpad Note 3S

Coolpad having only 2 autherized service center in chennai. Coolpad having so many problems I face regularly.

The problems are-

1. Heating problem with these phone.

When I use multiple apps like picsart, photodirector and play games. My phone heated

1. Battery performance

The batery performance is very poor. Batery consuption is not too good.

1. Charging time.

Coolpad note 3s takes 3hr to charge completely.

But it drains within 3 to 3.30 hrs. On continuosly using facebook and other regular apps

1. Camera focus.

When I shoot video of my friends birthday party. Camera looses focus and again gain. Then again looses focus .

Whatss these.?

1. I bought my phone in 2nd feb 2017 and nowadays my phone face hanging problem.
