Purchased Coolpad note 5 in dec’16. So far so good.Now in june’17 there are problems in connecting to people.It is not network issue as I tried to contact on other phones using my sim and it worked.But in this phone, you cannot talk long with anyone and the person on the other side doesnot hear after about 1/2 min. Being in warranty period, i gave it to service centre in vashi and their I came to know from them that these phones have this type of connectivity issues with almost all their phone.Surprising. Otherwise I think their are no heating issues, no volume issues, no lags etc.
