I have been using Coolpad Note 5 for the past 1 years, and I should say that the phone is not upto the mark as I expected it to be. I had done thorough research before buying this product and from nowhere I could get a satisfying review. So that I felt I could share my experience with you guys through this review which you guys may find useful.
-BUILT AND QUALITY-
Outer look of coolpad note 5 is very satisfying and it has a unibody metallic covering : )
2.5 D curved display glasses are so finely made : )

-BATTERY-
About the battery life its has a 4010 mah battery but I should say that my phone needs to get charged every 6 hours: (
It has got 2 modes for charging a fast mode and an intelligent mode and I should say if you switch on to fast mode its going to burn your device, so much of heating is taking place : (
I am a person who uses the phone a lot for gaming and social networking and I finds it really annoying to have my device plugged every 6 hrs. Its not provided with a fast charger and it takes nearly 3 hours to get my device charged completely : (

-PERFORMANCE-
Its provided with Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor which is really not the processor required for a 4GB RAM device. As a result, I experienced a lot of delay in opening online games like Mini Militia and also high-end games like Asphalt, FIFA etc. : (
Rating: 2/5
-CAMERA-
It has an 8 MP front camera which I felt is of good quality even indoors : )
But the back camera which is of 13 MP is not at all up to the mark and there appears a lot of grains after zooming in. : (

-ABOUT OTHER SPECS-
The phone is powered with fingerprint security and I should say that the fingerprint in my phone is not at all working now. It had some small errors earlier which I used to ignore and one fine morning when I kept my finger on my fingerprint board its showed - fingerprint hardware is not available : (
Also 4 months back I had a problem with my display where there was white parallel lines were appearing on my screen and I got it fixed

-SERVICE-
-An experience I had-
I am from Kerala and I have a Coolpad service center here. 4 months back I had a problem regarding my phones display where there were white parallel lines appearing on my screen. I went to a coolpad authorized service center to get it fixed. My phone was within the warranty period but they showed me a small scratch mark on my screen and denied my warranty. I said okay and paid them 2500/- and got my display fixed and when I asked them warranty for the display I bought after paying from my pocket, they said there was no such a scheme available.
Rating 1/5
Its better not to buy such a phone where they cant even provide a service properly
