I am so excited while getting this Coolpad Note 5. But after using it for 7 months only, I was irritated with the performance. The Battery is not even good in condition. The standby level of the phone is now eventually decreased when compared to last months.
The selfies are net even getting good as before. They are being blur all the time especially in dark. The touch screen even not so responsive. I didn’t used it in such hard manner at all, even though it was not responsive and completely the performance is lowered.
As I have the warranty, I kept for the repair as per the performance issue and battery issue. But still now they didn’t take it up. Even I called few times, they are not much interested and irresponsible towards my complaint. Highly Disappointed Experience.
