Please please please do not buy this phone if you value your money and time, yes, time. I purchased this phone about 6 months ago and within a week the screen started to give trouble. We contacted Amazon and they sent someone over to fix it. When the technician arrived he just restarted the phone and told us he had no idea what was wrong with the display.
We asked him what if the screen wouldn’t work again and he said that there’s nothing he can do. So useless. Not to our surprise the screen again was not working and we gave it to Shree Sharda service center in Santacruz for servicing. These guys at the service center are HORRIBLE. If there is a word worse than that then I would use that. Its not over yet, once again we have a problem with the screen and given it to the service center for repairs.
Now not only is the phone giving problem but also the service center is giving us a hard time. They were meant to give us the phone within 10 days and its been almost a month and a half that we have not received our phone. When we call them for an update, their only response is We have not received the part from the company and so we cannot do anytime this has played like a stuck record for a month and a half now. THEY JUST DON’T CARE its as simple as that. Not only did we waste our money buying this phone but our time and also breath.
