This is a worst product I have purchased in my life.
I have received mobile on 6th Jan 2017. After starting usage I have faced call drop problem.So I have changed my Sim card, but problem was not ressolved.So I have changed network service, but it has not resolved my problem.
In this way 12 days has been taken for resolution, so I have approched Amazon.But they have denied to take back this worst product as I have crossed my timeline of 10 days.
So I have approached Cool Pad service center & they have identified network drop problem & kept the mobile with themself for repair purpose. hope
After 15 days period I have visited 2 times to service center but they have told that my mobile is under repair & it is with company.So I have dropped mail to cool pad customer care & after 5 days they have given fake statement that mobile is with service center.
please give my review a upvote and dont buy the product
Does anybody wants to take such product?
I have also surprised
How can they are selling such worst product?
Why they are not understanding customer grivences?
