I have already use this phone before my Samsung phone. This Cool-pad Note 5 is such a bad phone I have seen. Don’t go by the look if the this product. Very disappointing look and design. Not comfortable to use and handling. The volume levels of the speakers while playing a normal videos or mp3 song. Also call voice is very disappointing and not clear to hear. Screen quality is not as responsive as I thought and thing. Headphone and charger is not working after some days phone use. This is a such a worst mobile phone. Every time network problem and or call drops problems are there. Or hanging every time when playing games. This is bad phone ever.
