I ordered my contacts months ago, it normally takes 6 weeks to make my script to order. They shipped me one side of the eye and said the next was backordered. Ok, not too unusual. Another month passes, no contacts. I call my optometrist office, they say that coopervision said they got delivered, which was odd because I never received a tracking number via USPS informed delivery. Waited another month with no contacts, called my office again, they insisted it was delivered mar 29. I pressed them about the tracking number, and eventually they provided me a number that was not valid. Coincidentally they just happened to have my script available and said it would arrive to me tomorrow. I’m simply annoyed that I had to call multiple times and be given the run around when I’m paying so much for lenses. This is definitely the last time I’m going through coopervision.
