My uncle had taken me to this place and had made quiet a build up before we went there. I had skipped my morning coffee and breakfast to hog at this place.
As soon as we entered there was this amazing aroma of food tat got me jumpy. We were greeted graciously and a table for four was promptly arranged for us.
I was checking out the menu but my uncle knew exactly what to order. I trusted him and waited for the order to come in.
Chicken Kali Mirch and mutton chops came in first, then came mutton Rogan Josh and rotis. This seems a pretty normal order in any Non-Veg serving restaurants but the USP of this place is in the mutton. It was the best red meat I have had in my life.
The chops cooked precisely to the right amount(which by the way is very difficult) and huge boneless chunks of mutton in the Rogan Josh, like I had never had before in my life.
Fresh mutton properly cooked and marinated is one of the most difficult task to achieve which Copper Chimney is master in.
