Last March, I’ve stayed In this hotel with one of my friend in order to attend interviews in Kolkata. The first day the management didn’t have any data regarding our booking. Although we booked through online and on the scheduled arrival date we’ve reached there. However, after some 30 minutes, they provided a standard ac room with all facilities. and yes, we’ve checked in earlier than the scheduled time.
We got an upgradation from standard to ac standard. The room was well furnished and the washroom was neat and clean. Everyday one sweeper was supposed to clean the room.
The hospitality was just awesome. The staffs were always on time with all the amenities they provide. They were responsive and polite. On my request they arranged cabs also without any issue.
We were having free breakfasts all the days we stayed there except the day day we checked and it was mentioned in the description at the time of booking. Rest every time you need to order food from outside.
The ambiance was superb. We were having a common hall with tv. At the time of breakfast and dinner me and my friend with all other guests or visitors had a good time as we stated talking people anonymously. I would like t mention that the hotel was in sector - II within residential society so there were no noises at all.
I had a great time at the hotel and hence I do recommend this hotel which is just worthy to stay by paying Rs.1500/- per night with such a number of amenities.
