Irresponsible and ignorant

It’s very very bad experience for me .I took cordlife in august2020 for my 2 nd child as I already have lifecell for my 1 st child. It’s been 4 months I still didn’t recieved my sample screening tests and moreover they have debited 4 EMI. Not a single person is responding from cordlife and I don’t know why . Being a doctor myself I’m not receiving proper answers from them. Finally I believe that they should have messed up the tissue and blood samples. So please choose your stem cell banking wisely.. that’s what I can suggest
