The first time I had it with a slice of lemon squeezed in at a Ruby Tuesday, I didnt find the taste familier and it did take some time for me to get used to it. Since I didnt have much time at hand, I gulped down a few pints and by the end of my session developed a liking for it.
The next time it was different. I had the time to admire the bottle, the colour, aroma and finally the taste. Just optimally carbonated, I slowly sipped it and found it really good.
The packing is nice(pack of six) and generally you find the quality uniform unlike some of the other beers which taste different everytime. Its good when you want to spend some time sipping beer and watch a movie or spend a few hours with friends. Not meant for quickies.
The price is prohibitive so I cant make it my regular brand. But I still like to go with it occasionally.
Do try it bothways(with or without lemon squeeze) and also vary the quantity of lemon. This way you’ll be able to optimize the taste to your liking.
