I firstly opened my account in this bank. I expect that its my first bank account that will help me in all aspects. But the facility of the bank are not good. When I ask something relating to any subject, they just ignore me and doesnt answer properly. Obviously when a new customer opens an account, he/she has many problems and hesitates in questioning his/her queries. So please, I am not saying its a worst bank and providing bad services. But it has to be improved in giving facilities and responding to their valuable customers quickly.
