I am going to tell you my personal experience with this bank. It charges a lot of amount fo atm transaction that is a minimum of 25 rupees per transaction after the first three free withdrawals.
The mobile banking system is not good enough sometimes it doesn’t even work and it takes a lot of time to complete documentation work. It takes nearly half day to complete the processes.
