They have been changing there softwares and systems for 2-3 years now.
Their internet banking does not work 34 out of 35 times. It doesn’t work for days. They never know when a system update would happen.
Many days after updates they realise to mail new ids to customers. They once changed all account numbers and for that they first blocked all accounts and then waited for troubled customers to run to bank where they told customers the new account numbers to activate.
They randomly block cards of customers to check if the account is real and active.
They have the stupidest of employees who make you want to hit them and break their heads. Their employees are so stupid that they might not be able to tell the correct spelling of Corporation Bank.
