This bank’s staff is stubborn. Atlast it’s not a private bank.
The staff won’t respond to your query. Instead they would continue doing there work as if we are nothing to them. After calling them three to four times they would give you a response with lousy face as if they are doing a favour on us and the bank existance is depended not on customers but on these employees.
Ladies working at this bank are worst then mens, when it comes to providing customer service because they know, that by the end of the day there jobs are secured.
