Terrible bank. We have a locker at their Matunga Branch and we recently found out that our gold has been misplaced from their locker. We requested the bank manager to look into our matter to which we received a rude reply.
Having no response from the bank we had to approach the court and police authorities for help. When the bank received the information about us approaching the court. They increased our locker rent from Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 9200/-. Matunga branch, Below King circle station has the worst Bank Manager: Mr. Chetan Raj.
