Corporation bank is a nationalised bank . So I thought it would definitely provide better service compared to other banks. But it turns out to be wrong.
After opening the account, of course the imp thing one needs is debit card for transactions but they took almost 1 month for the process.
Well, the bank came up with the new digital idea to provide quick services to their customers & save their time.
3 kiosk machines has been set for cash deposit, cheque deposit and passbook update.
But, most of the time the machines are not working. And the passbook gets stuck
Bank employees do not update passbooks saying we have set up kiosks outside.We’ll call engineer to repair it which takes few days.
ATMs are the big time need nowadays. But there are no ATMs provided by this bank other than. Outside the bank. which is the only ATM. If you withdraw money more than 5 times from other banks you’ll be fined rs 22 everytime.
I wud suggest the bank should open some more ATMs for their customers.
