I opened an account in Kalyan branch few years ago. It was a youth account. Now it has been updated to an adult account.
The branch is well maintained, the staff is helpful but, is bit unenthusiastic. The rate of interest, Fd schemes, locker facilities are good. Also they say they have a foreign currency exchange department which can be good for people working or studying abroad. Only the problem is very low number of Atm s in kalyan and nearby regions which has to be increased as its the only thing hurting customer satisfaction.
Hope they provide better service in near future and promise customers for better service.
