The title of the book made me read it.
The author braves the conventions; successfully, logically and convincingly. Its an exceptional case study book of an Indian mind writing with such vibrancy and intellect. How many Indians have dared to craft an India centric management style for global success... none to my knowledge.
There are many books available based on western examples and styles of leadership.. management.. success etc but this is a rare Indian tome that the indians would love to read, for the examples and style of writing is just so very our own. There is no point at which the reader loses interest. Although the book leaves a taste of want of more... like a good movie finishes quickly! May be Mr. Chaudhuri’s next book is to be looked out for. Anyone knows what his next book would be??
Its a must read for any living head, especially all Indian. And not to miss out on the chapter on winning friends!
